1. Service Description

Snipe Sale ("we", "us", "our") is a deal discovery platform that automatically tracks promotions and sales from curated niche shops. We scan shop websites daily and notify registered users about new deals via the dashboard and email digests.

2. User Account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
  • One account per person. Automated account creation is not permitted.

3. Free and Premium Plans

Free plan includes:

  • Following shops and viewing promotions on the dashboard
  • Daily email digest with promotion summaries

Premium plan (9.99 PLN/month, VAT inclusive) additionally includes:

  • Real-time promotion alerts
  • Hourly shop scanning
  • Custom notification preferences
  • Priority support

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Access it via your dashboard settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

5. Affiliate Links

Some links on Snipe Sale are affiliate links. When you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps us keep the service running. Affiliate links are clearly part of our business model and we are transparent about their use.

6. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date promotion information. However, prices, discounts, and availability are determined by the shops themselves and may change at any time. We are not responsible for inaccurate, expired, or misleading promotions displayed on third-party shop websites. Always verify the final price and availability on the shop's website before making a purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the service

8. Limitation of Liability

Snipe Sale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to purchases made through linked shops. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
